Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or substances
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and condition of the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Delays or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Also contact your bank to check on processing times.

Sale or promotional items

Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to replace an item with the same product, please send us an email at contact@carplayconnect.fr

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to that gift giver.

Shipping

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over €75, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
